Course Schedule

Welcome Drinks: Tea and Coffee will be served on arrival and introductions will be made.

You are going to jump straight into getting your hands in the flour and learn the basics of dough making. 

While the dough begins to prove you will be taken around Bacheldre Watermill and you will learn the history of the mill and the basics of flour milling. We will start the mill to produce some flour and bake with it straight away.

Soda Bread will be made with the freshly milled flour.

After this we will do some more dough work, shaping a loaf and retaining some to make focaccia and a pizza base.

Lunch:  Roll out your pizza dough and add the ingredients of your choice to make a fresh pizza.  We will stone bake in our oven and we will have a break for lunch.

Following Lunch we will make a focaccia and bake off the bread you have made and you will be able to take these home.

Minimum 4 per class, ( Not 4 per booking we just need 4 people on the same day to run the classs if you can be flexible on your dates we can get this booked for you asap)

Maximum 6 per class

All equipment will be provided, please wear flat shoes.
